126 Waimumu Road, Massey, Auckland

This project involved the installation of pipes ranging from 150mm to 225mm in diameter, at depths of up to 5 metres over a distance of 360 metres, and included the construction of more than 14 manholes for 34 land lots. Our team’s collaboration with local authorities and engineers ensured that the project was delivered safely, on time, and with minimal disruption to the surrounding community. The successful execution of this project showcases our expertise and unwavering commitment to delivering top-tier infrastructure solutions.

244 Flatbush School Road, Flat Bush

This large-scale civil and earthworks project involved the excavation and removal of 5,000 cubic metres of soil, construction of 2,000 sqm of public asphalt road, and installation of stormwater and sanitary sewer systems. Our sustainable approach ensured that every aspect of the project was executed with minimal environmental impact, while also improving local infrastructure and community connectivity.

Land Development, Waihi

The development of 25,000 sqm of land in Waihi involved the construction of 2,000 sqm of public asphalt road, 700 sqm of public chip seal road, and the installation of a 60-metre 630mm diameter PE thrusting outlet to the sea. Despite challenging conditions, we delivered the project efficiently, ensuring that the new infrastructure would serve the local community for years to come.

Beach Road Townhouse Development

Our team completed the Beach Road Townhouse project, handling tasks such as excavation, foundation work, and building construction. By adhering to strict safety protocols and maintaining a high level of quality, we successfully met all project specifications within the given timeframe.

Panama Wellington Development
